Where the deluge of emotions shrouds all light
Waves of azure takes me to a forlorn shore
Muted with silent screams galore
Stars of hope sparkles on and off
The city of life soaked in darkness thereof
Mountains of melancholy bears witness
To the land where time stands in stillness
Storms of despair scurry high and low
Where the oak of pain casts a shadow
The moon of mind vacillates
Tides of memories oscillates
Fires of fear engulf the forests
Of fireflies and love nests
And on that solitary island
Stranded i stand…
